VIP OFFERING

Introducing our VIP Offering where you get to spend a day with us. Throughout this offering, the goal and focus is to finish setting up your tech. With smooth-running tech, we position your business for exponential growth that drives traction and sales.

  • While it's important to note that not every item on this list can be completed within a single day, here are some of the tasks we can potentially address during your VIP day:

    • Lead Magnet Creation

    • Sales Funnel

    • Email Marketing Set-Up or Email Automation Set-Up (MailChimp & Mailerlite)

    • Course Migration

    • Project Management Tool Set-Up (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) with SOPs

    • Fill out the application form and we will get back to you within 48 hours through email with our next steps.

    • Book a discovery call where we will discuss your needs, figure out how we can support you, and assign pre-work tasks.

    • If you decide to proceed, we will move to contract signing and settlement of the invoice.

    • Once all are signed, we will kick off work and completion of your pre-work assignment. (Example: writing copies for email sequencing, outlining what SOPs you want to build out, gathering course content, etc).

    • Leading to your actual VIP Day, we will schedule your integration call where we deep dive and review pre-work items, give tech access, and clarify any questions altogether.

    • After our integration call, we will start building out and send everything over for your review at the end of the day.

    • Vida Brillante

      • Collaborating with Vida Brillante during the Spring/Summer of 2023, our mission was to create a sustainable online revenue source while nurturing a close-knit community as they traveled to deepen their shamanic craft.

      • To achieve this, we designed an automation system for their Virtual Mesa online membership where members could easily subscribe via PayPal which seamlessly tags them into Mailchimp and receives a welcoming email containing essential details for the Facebook group, Zoom meetings, and accessing archives. This integration swiftly recruited 20 people to join the membership within the first 48 hours.

LAUNCH MANAGEMENT

This is our introductory package that is designed to provide you support with all the management workload you carry. In this package, you will have our full behind-the-scenes guidance from launch planning, to setting up your course and developing a clear roadmap for your program’s growth and path to success.

    • If you decide to proceed, we will move to contract signing and settlement of the invoice.

    • Once all are signed, we will kick off work and schedule your integration call. This is where you provide our team access to your tech stack and together we will review your launch goals.

    • Leading to mapping out your launch plan and its presentation.

    • With all feedback received, we will update everything and execute until the launch is successfully done.

    • Two installments

    • 50% deposit shall be paid upon signing and the rest shall be paid midway.

      • We worked on the back-end tech set-up for her courses, masterclasses, and email sequencing for her business.

      • In Fall 2023, she launched her live masterclass INSIGHT built on VIP Membervault. Claim Your Magic was the team behind building out all sales pages, creating modules with masterclass recordings, supplemental documents, and recommended products. Aside from that, we ran her email sequencing for promotions and built the welcome email automation for her students. This launch gathered nearly 500 participants enrolled in the program, generating growth and sales for Samantha.

This is our long-term service, designed to help with your day-to-day operations support. With our expert guidance, we will handle all daily tasks to empower you to run a thriving business.

    • Minimum of 20 hours per month service

    • Digital Business Management - We will manage your business overseeing your team so you can focus on higher-level decisions.

      • Managing team to meet goals

      • Auditing and optimizing tech stack

      • Implementing and managing business systems

      • Project management and execution

    • Virtual Support - If you need virtual assistance to execute necessary business tasks, we can bring on teammates to fill the gaps.

      • Inbox management

      • Newsletter scheduling

      • Responding to emails

      • Scheduling appointments

      • Document organization

    • Once all are signed, we will kick off work and schedule your integration call. This is where you provide us all access to your tech stack and we will review your business goals and responsibilities altogether.

    • Leading to executing, reviewing, and consistent progress reports moving forward.

    • For the rest of our time together, we will meet on a routine basis for alignments.

    • Starting at $1,250

    • One-time payment or two installments

    • This is a monthly retainer that clients can either pay all at once on the 1st of every month or in two instalments on the 1st and 15th of the month.

    • Dr. OH - The Gospel According to STEM

      • We originally worked with Dr. OH to support her in launching a virtual camp, The Gospel According to STEM. Understanding the business’s desire, Claim Your Magic revamped her sales page, updated her course set-up to be more user-friendly, and managed the sales email sequencing.

      • With an impactful launch completed, we expanded with supporting her in day-to-day operations covering weekly newsletter scheduling, answering emails, and launching products and programs.
